Ravita Engineering Services Limited (incorporated 2007) provides turnkey EPIC services (engineering, procurement, installation and commissioning) for HVAC systems, central air-conditioning, chiller plants, industrial compressors and related electromechanical equipment, along with operation and maintenance (O&M) services. It serves commercial, industrial, offshore (rigs and platforms) and data-centre clients. In FY26, about 59% of revenue came from onshore projects, about 29% from offshore and about 12% from data centres. The IPO is a 100% fresh issue.
