InvestorTrack.in is a free IPO research website for Indian investors. For every mainboard and SME IPO it brings four things together: the issue details, a plain-language analysis, the grey market premium (GMP) and the live subscription status.

What's on the site

• IPO details (dates, price band, lot size, issue size) are kept up to date for every mainboard and SME IPO.
• Analysis (business summary, financials, valuation against listed peers, strengths and risks) is prepared by an AI model. Every figure goes through automated checks before it is published, and each analysis says it was AI-prepared. Errors are still possible: check important figures in the offer document.
• GMP is an unofficial grey market indicator, published only once corroborated. It is not a forecast of the listing price.
• Subscription figures are updated through the day during bidding. Final figures follow the exchange data.
• Past IPOs is a historical archive, updated periodically.
