Editorial policy and corrections

Last updated: 20 October 2026

InvestorTrack.in publishes IPO information for research. This page sets out the rules we hold ourselves to, so you can judge how far to rely on what you read. How each figure is collected and how often it refreshes is on How InvestorTrack.in works.

Information, not advice

Nothing on this site tells you to buy, sell or apply for any security. Grey market premium (GMP) is an unofficial indicator: it is not issued or verified by the company, the exchanges or SEBI. Past results in our archive describe how earlier issues behaved, not what any issue will do. The full wording is in the terms and disclaimer.

Missing information is shown as missing

When a value is not known, the page says “Not available yet”. We do not estimate a price band, a date, a subscription figure or a GMP, and we do not carry an old figure forward as if it were current. Each IPO page shows when its figures were last updated, and the overview lists what we could not find.

How the analysis is made and checked

The analysis of an IPO is prepared from that company's own offer document. It is kept hidden until our team has reviewed it and published it, and every published analysis says it comes from the offer document and shows the date it was prepared. Automated checks and our review catch many errors, not all of them, so check any figure that matters to your decision against the offer document itself.

Text written by code

The “What to check before applying” and “in context” sections on an IPO's overview are written by code from the figures stored for that IPO and from our past-IPO archive. They can only repeat what those figures say. A sentence whose figures are unknown is left out instead of being guessed.

Advertising and independence

We plan to show advertising served by Google AdSense, always labelled as an advertisement. Advertisers have no say in what we write or how a number is shown. We do not take payment from a company to list, rank or write about its IPO.

Corrections

If you find a wrong figure, a missing IPO or something unclear, tell us at [email protected], with the IPO name and the address of the page. We check it against the offer document or the exchange, correct the page, and aim to reply within a few working days. A corrected page shows its new update time.
